Mrs. Skipper began her teaching career in 1993 as a Music Educator following a degree from Georgia Southwestern College and State University. She later received a Master's Degree from Mercer University in Early Childhood Education, then a Specialist's Degree in Learning and Leading from Georgia Southwestern College and State University.
