Lora Ennis received her bachelors degree from Mercer University and her masters degree from the University of Georgia.  Both degrees are in Music Education.  She started her teaching career as a private piano teacher at the age of 14.  Two of her private students attended college for music and one of those students started their teaching career in Houston County schools.  Most of her teaching career has been running Ennis Music Studio out of Perry where she taught hundreds of students over the years.  In addition to private teaching, Mrs. Ennis has 6 years of elementary and middle school classroom experience, as well as a semester teaching at the collegiate level.
