Kayla Shepherd obtained her Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education at Middle Georgia State University as well as her Master's and Specialist degree in Early Childhood Education at Georgia Southwestern State University. 

Kayla Shepherd joined the Eagle Springs family in 2013. She has taught kindergarten for 8 years and first grade for 2 years. She is currently teaching first grade. She is married to her wonderful husband, Kenny and they have a son named Tripp. She enjoys vacationing at the beach, workout classes and anything monogrammed.
