Born and raised in Warner Robins, Mrs. Rozeboom found her love for libraries early as a student at Shirley Hills Elementary. After graduating Warner Robins High School, she received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia College and State University, and later returned to receive her Master of Education.

Mrs. Rozeboom spent 15 years at home with her husband, Victor Rozeboom, and raising her two children, Alex and Mia. Because of the many hours spent volunteering in the media center and her kid's classrooms, she knew this was where she belonged when she returned to the outside workforce.
